To request deletion of your CBUYPAY account, please contact our support team using the email address below.
Please include your registered mobile number and the email address associated with your CBUYPAY account.
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
After your deletion request is verified, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
You have 30 days to contact our support team if you want to recover your account.
If you do not request recovery within this period, your account will be permanently deleted.
